At AMISIOA, we want you to experience complete delight with every vessel in your tea space. Because ceramic and porcelain art requires confidence when ordering online, we provide both a 30-Day Return Window and an unconditional Transit Breakage Guarantee.

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery, you are welcome to return your item for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

• The teaware is unused, unseasoned (unwashed with tea leaves/tea liquor), and in its original pristine condition;
• The original presentation gift box, foam inserts, and any accompanying accessories remain intact;
• You provide your AMISIOA order number or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Support: Email our service team at 763271632@qq.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will verify your request and provide you with an RMA number and return address.
3. Careful Repackaging: Securely repack the item in its original protective foam and carton.
4. Dispatch & Share Tracking: Ship the parcel using a traceable courier service and reply to our email with the tracking number.

3. Refund Processing & Timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 48 hours of delivery), approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
